This includes artifacts (docs, decks, data etc.) enterned / uploaded to Oroka and grant proposals created by Oroka.
This policy will explain what happens to data and how it is secured.
Oroka leverages Microsoft services as the main provider of hosting, data storage and online services. Relevant services utilized by Oroka are SOC-2 compliant -

Private data
Oroka does not use your data to train AI (based on assurances from hosted / managed inference model providers and usage of model instances maintained by Oroka).
Document uploads
The documents you upload are held privately and stored separately from any other Oroka customer.
Content creation
All the content created by Oroka is stored privately and securely. It is not shared with other organizations.
Managed LLMs Data Handling - OpenAI -
When you access AI features, Oroka sends only the content within your query to the large language model, which produces written outputs. Here is OpenAI's data privacy policy,
which as of Wednesday, July 19, 2023 states:
Starting on March 1, 2023, we are making two changes to our data usage and retention policies:
OpenAI will not use data submitted by customers via our API to train or improve our models, unless you explicitly decide to share your data with us for this purpose. You can opt-in to share data.
Any data sent through the API will be retained for abuse and misuse monitoring purposes for a maximum of 30 days, after which it will be deleted (unless otherwise required by law).
